On-Campus Commencement Fair

The Commencement Fair is designed to answer questions concerning your graduation needs. You will be able to visit with representatives from the Alumni Office and the Career Resources Center as well as order your University of the Pacific college ring and pick up your cap and gown. We will be able to serve all your needs at one time and in one place.  If you are unable to attend the Commencement Fair, please visit the vendors websites below or contact the University Bookstore directly to place your order.

GradImages will be on site taking portraits at the Pacific Commencement Fair. There is no obligation to purchase these photographs.  Free proofs of all images will be e-mailed and mailed to you, so there is no need to make your purchasing decision on that day.  In addition, our staff will have complete commencement regalia on site for you to use.  If you decide to purchase photos, please visit our website www.gradimages.com after receiving the emailed proofs.

Pharmacy and Health Sciences Graduating Students
The on campus Commencement Fair does not apply to the Pharmacy and Health Sciences graduates (with the exception of Speech-Language Pathology) as they are on assigned clerkships and will be unable to attend. Pharmacy and Health Sciences students must order cap and gown by fax or by mail (with appropriate check or credit card) from the campus bookstore. No phone orders will be taken.

Cap & Gown
Every graduate is required to wear a formal black cap and gown for the Commencement Ceremony on Saturday and the Diploma and Hooding Ceremony for your school/college. They may be purchased at the Pacific Bookstore on the Stockton Campus. You must pick up your cap & gown at the Pacific Bookstore prior to graduation. If you are unable to pick up the cap and gown, please phone the Pacific Bookstore at 209.460.3875 to place an order. In addition to cap & gown purchases, students may also order class rings and graduation announcements in advance at the Pacific Bookstore. Price Sheet

Graduation Announcements
Graduation announcements must be ordered in advance if you desire to personalize the invitations. Personalized announcements require 2 weeks for processing. Generic announcements will also be available.  Both can be purchased at the Pacific Bookstore.The University works with both CB Graduation Announcements and Signature Announcements.

Graduation Flowers
For your convenience, Pacific students will be selling fresh flowers at each ceremony.

Graduation Photos
GradImages, a commercial firm, has contracted with the University to take individual photographs of each graduate as he/she receives their diploma. All purchases and orders for these photographs should be handled directly with Grad Images.
