the Alex G. Spanos Center.
Please refrain from bringing any air horns, noise makers, balloons or whistles to any Commencement day ceremonies.
The Commencement ceremony for Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences will be held Saturday, May 18, 2013. At this ceremony, President Eibeck will confer degrees, students will walk across the stage and will be hooded and outstanding student leaders will be recgonized.

Student Commencement Speakers
Three Student Commencement Speakers, one each from Pharmacy, Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology, present addresses during the Commencement Ceremony and serve as the representatives of their discipline. Providing the student address during this important University event is an opportunity for the selected student to celebrate the accomplishments of the graduating class, reflect upon the past few years, and convey a message for the future.
Keynote Commencement Speaker
The Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences will welcome Carolyn M. Clancy, MD, the Director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, as keynote speaker for the School's 2013 Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the Alex G. Spanos Center. Celebrations
Graduates of the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences will be honored at their Annual Graduation Banquets, hosted by the School and their Alumni Associations for Pharmacy, Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology. They will be joined by family and special guests.
Graduates and their families, along with preceptors, alumni, corporate sponsors, faculty, staff and friends of the School are encouraged to attend. The evening is an opportunity to celebrate the many accomplishments of our graduates, faculty and alumni.
On-Campus Commencement Fair
The on campus Commencement Fair does not apply to the Pharmacy and Health Sciences graduates (with the exception of Speech-Language Pathology) as they are on assigned clerkships and will be unable to attend.
School of
Pharmacy and Health Science graduating students must order regalia by fax or mail (with check or credit card information) from the campus bookstore. Regalia order forms will become available in early spring along with a price list.

graduates and guests immediately following the Commencement Ceremony outside fo the Alex G. Spanos Center.

Graduation
Once graduation is complete, there are still items that may need
your attention, or that of the graduate. Items in orange are
links to additional information.
When does diploma arrive?
Diplomas are mailed to the address specified on the Application for Graduation, 3 to 4 months after the semester in which you graduate. If your address changes, it is your responsibility to inform the Office of the Registrar of this change. Returned diplomas will be kept on file five years and then destroyed. There is a fee for a replacement diploma borne by the graduate.
