When do diplomas arrive?
Diplomas are mailed to the address specified on the Application for Graduation, 3 to 4
months after the semester in which you graduate. If your address
changes, it is your responsibility to inform the Office of the
Registrar of this change. Returned diplomas will be kept on file five
years and then destroyed. There is a fee for a replacement diploma.
 Photographs
GradImages, a commercial firm, has contracted
with the University to take individual photographs of each graduate
as he/she receives their diploma. All purchases and orders for these
photographs should be handled directly with Grad
