Jerry Brown as deputy director of the Legal Division and chief counsel at the California Department of Social Services, where she has served in various positions since 2000. | Glenn Walsh was named managing director of the Los Angeles office of Anderson Tax. He was previously the state and local/transaction tax lead for EY. 1994 Michelle Cannon joined the Sacramento office of Lozano Smith PC, a leading public agency firm, as senior counsel. | Thomas Gregory was appointed to a vacancy on Nevada’s Ninth Judicial District Court by Gov. Brian Sandoval. He is the former chief deputy district attorney for the criminal division of the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office. | Tara Howard was appointed to the Tulare County Superior Court by Gov. Jerry Brown. | Steve Lerner, has been appointed assistant commissioner of  legal affairs at the California Bureau of  Real Estate. He has served as a deputy attorney general at the state Department of Justice since 2011. | Joel Sannes joined Udall Shumway in Mesa, Ariz., as a partner. 1995 Suzy Daveluy was named deputy director of community services and city librarian in Stockton, | Mike Seyle was elected to the board of directors of  WATG, the world’s leading design consultant for the hospitality, leisure and entertainment industries. He has served as president and CEO of the company since 2009. | Arthur Woodward was named partner and litigation chair at Reynolds Maddux Woodward LLP in Auburn. 1990 Katharine Baragona has been appointed as vice chair of the McGeorge International Board of Advisors. | Kelly Honig won election to the Westlake Village City Council. She practiced law for 13 years in Southern California and has been active in numerous community organizations. | Luis Lopez formed his own law practice, Law Offices of Luis E. Lopez, in Riverside, where he also serves as a family law mediator for the Riverside County Bar Association. 1991 Robin Lester was named CEO of Child Care Aware, a Tacoma, Wash.–based nonprofit. Previously, she was the head of  Courage 360 and director of  legal services for the King County Bar Association. | David Levin was appointed as the general counsel for the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency. | W. Kearse McGill was named to the State Bar Court by the Supreme Court of California. He previously served as a presiding law judge for California’s Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. | Kendis Key Muscheid joined Ballard Spahr in Phoenix as a partner. | Egan Walker has joined the National Council of  Juvenile and Family Court Judges as a member of the board of directors. He is a judge on Nevada’s Second Judicial District Court. 1992 Walter Katz was selected to serve as San Jose’s new independent police auditor. He previously served as the No. 2 attorney in the Los Angeles County Office of the Inspector General. | Michael Middleton was elected a shareholder at Trainor Fairbrook. He joined the Sacramento firm’s construction litigation department in 2013. | Renee Nash joined the board of directors at Folsom Lake Bank. A former McGeorge adjunct professor, she is the of counsel at Hunt, Jeppson & Griffin in Roseville Bay. | Greg Turner joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP as special counsel in its tax division. He previously served as vice president and senior tax counsel at the Council on State Taxation. 1993 Lori Castaneda has been promoted to vice president of operations at the Garden City Group.
