He has served as assistant city attorney of the Placer County municipality since 2007. | AldenParker has joined Fisher & Phillips as the regional managing partner in their Sacramento Office. | John Soldati was selected by the judges of the San Joaquin Superior Court to serve as that court’s next commissioner. Prior to his appointment, he operated the Law Office of John Soldati in Stockton. | Kendra York has joined Crowe Horwath LLP as director in the government services group of performance consulting. She previously served as public finance director for the State of Indiana. 1999 John Baker joined the District Attorney’s Office in Madera County as a senior deputy district attorney. Previously, he served as an assistant deputy district attorney in Stanislaus County. | Calvin Clements has been announced as partner for Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP. He joined the firm in 2005 as the managing attorney of the Sacramento office. | Sunita Smith was elected president of the Tallahassee Bar Association for its 2015–16 term. She has also David O’Mara, ’03 been certified as a mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. 2000 Sean McNally was elected chair of the California Commission on Health and Safety and Workers’ Compensation. An appointee of the governor for employer representation, he is the president of KBA Engineering in Bakersfield. | Leon Page was appointed county counsel by the Orange County Board of Supervisors. Previously the senior assistant county counsel, he will now oversee 100 employees and a $12 million budget. | Sean Thompson cofounded O’Connor, Thompson McDonough & Klotsche LLP, a Sacramento boutique firm serving construction industry clients.
